The request form asks for your first and last name, email, and project description. A phone number and project address are optional. Include your town or ZIP code and the work you are considering. Please do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or other information that is unnecessary for the project.
Website and form providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time when serving pages, preventing abuse, or diagnosing errors.
How we use and share it
We use inquiry information to contact you, understand the property and requested work, prepare for a project conversation, and manage related customer records. Authorized Burton and Aquarius staff and the providers supporting our forms, hosting, email, and customer systems may process it for those purposes.
The Burton pages are hosted on Vercel. Consultation forms are provided by Aquarius Pools & Spas through its WordPress/Gravity Forms system; records are retained there and delivered to our Supabase customer system and sales email. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form. A request is not a construction booking or a substitute for an agreed project proposal.
Cookies and optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Burton uses Google Analytics in the shared Aquarius analytics account to measure page visits, pool browsing, photo views, phone-link clicks, and the request path. Our custom events use page paths and limited interaction labels. They exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact property addresses, form-field contents, and planning-note text.
Burton removes query strings from the page locations it reports and reduces referrers to the referring website’s origin. The site does not load advertising pixels or enable Google advertising features in this analytics configuration.
We remember your analytics choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, recognized campaign labels may be kept for the browser session and Google Analytics may set cookies. Google’s cross-domain linking may associate consented visits between the Burton and Aquarius websites. Declining analytics does not stop you from making a request. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent Burton analytics events and removes the Google Analytics cookies available to this site.
Burton also keeps optional analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The controls below apply to the Burton pages. Loading the Aquarius form connects to that separate website and its providers, which have their own practices.
Optional analytics are off.
Planning notes and other websites
Pool choices, design topics, and selected company photographs can be carried in a page URL to keep your ideas together. Do not put private information into shared URLs. Optional planning notes are sent to the team only if you copy them into the request form and submit it.
Read the Aquarius privacy policy, Google Privacy Policy, and Google Terms of Service for information about those providers. Following a map, manufacturer, or social link takes you to a separate website. Providers may process information in locations where they operate.
Keeping and protecting records
Inquiry and project records may remain in our form, email, and customer systems while we handle the request and maintain related business records. Retention varies by record and can include backup copies. Some information may need to be retained for accounting, legal, or dispute purposes.
Our pages use HTTPS. Access to inquiry records is restricted to the systems and people handling them. The public Burton pages do not provide access to the customer database.
